1. Contract
The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on Mega Party Supplies until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods despatched. This means that if a product is shown on the website but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Mega Party Supplies shall not be obliged to sell you that product.
2. Pricing and Availability
The price displayed on the website at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs.
If you have ordered an item, currently out of stock, we will contact you. You will have the choice to cancel your order, place a back order or choose an alternative.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
Mega Party Supplies accept orders online, by email, by telephone or by post.
Our website runs on a secure server, so you can send us your credit card details with complete confidence. If, however, you would prefer to order over the telephone, please call our order line on 023 9275 6340.

All payments should be in pounds sterling (GBP).
4. Returns and Refund Policy
Mega Party Supplies is committed to offer the customer quality products and quality service.
If for any reason the customer is unhappy with the goods received they have 14 working days from the date on your receipt to return the goods in an unused and re-saleable condition, in their original packaging. Please note that Mega Party Supplies do not refund any charges incurred for postage and packing, unless the goods were faulty or wrongly supplied goods were sent.
5. Privacy Policy
Mega Party Supplies is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of anyone who contacts us whether by phone, letter, email or through our website.

To fulfil your order we have to collect information from you such as your name, address, telephone number and debit/credit card details.

If you do not want us to retain information then let us know and then we will destroy it.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England with respect to the Conditions.
